KARAOĞLAN TAŞÇI
General Manager
Karaoğlan, who returned to Biletix as General Manager in October 2023, has more than 20 years of experience in the ticketing world and spent 16 years of this experience at Biletix, where he started working as an Event Manager in 2000.
Karaoglan has an in-depth knowledge of the live entertainment industry in Turkey and has been involved in some of the major events that take place here, including the Basketball World Cup, the FIFA U-20 World Cup, the Champions League Final, and many more. Karaoğlan graduated from Bilkent University, Department of Economics.
ZEYNEP UYANIR ALAN
Deputy General Manager
Zeynep started her career at Ticketmaster Turkey in 2011 as Financial Analysis and Reporting Coordinator, continued as Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director since 2013 and became Deputy General Manager in October 2023.
Especially in his early years at Ticketmaster Turkey, he took an active role in the restructuring of the accounting department and systems, the regulation of internal control processes, and the renewal of reporting systems. Currently, in addition to his position as Assistant General Manager, he is the Accounting & She manages the Finance, Human Resources and Administrative Affairs departments.
SEMİRAY KARAKOÇ
Marketing and Sales Channels Director
Semiray joined the team with the establishment process of the company and played an active role as a manager in the creation of the “Biletix” brand and the implementation of the projects, especially in the first years.
She manages the company’s Marketing, Customer Service, Call Center, Retail Sales and Box Office departments and works to increase company awareness in the eyes of both consumers and organizers, to promote services and to customer satisfaction in line with global policies.
YÜKSEL ÜNALDI
Software Development Manager
Yüksel joined Biletix in 2013 as Software Development Coordinator and has been serving as Software Development Manager since 2014. He plays an active role in the development of both customer-facing platforms and internal systems, as well as in adapting them to new technologies.
He manages the analysis of requests from internal teams, customers, or partners together with relevant departments, ensuring that all changes are developed in line with Ticketmaster standards, properly documented, and seamlessly integrated.
ENGİN İYİGÖR
Chief Financial Officer
In 2011, he started to work as a Finance Specialist in the Finance and Accounting Department, and in his early years, he took an active role in the restructuring of the accounting department and systems, the execution of internal control processes and the audit of reporting systems.
As of 2024, he continues to serve as Finance Manager.
CANER TURAN
Sales Manager
Caner, who joined the team in August 2023, works to create strong and lasting collaborations with event organizers and to ensure that the entire ticket sales and distribution operation is carried out smoothly and successfully.
Working with other departments in line with the requirements and objectives of the organizers, Caner contributes to the improvement and development of the services provided by the company by benefiting from his past experience in e-commerce.
BANUÇİÇEK TÜRKOĞLU
Project Manager
Banuçiçek, who started her career at Biletix as a Business Analyst in October 2014, is currently based in the UK. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in the successful execution of both local and global projects, working in harmony with cross-functional teams to lead the planning, implementation, and follow-up of numerous national and international initiatives.
She ensures the simultaneous and sustainable execution of both Turkey-based and international projects, actively maintaining effective collaboration across regions.
CİHAN ACAR
Operations Manager
Cihan Acar began his career at Biletix in 2000 at ticket sales points and has since specialized in event management and operations, taking active roles in major events and international projects. His experience in system integration projects in Dubai and Israel allowed him to successfully apply his technical expertise to operational processes.
Appointed as Deputy Director of Event Management in 2022, he took on the leadership of the newly established Operations Department at the end of 2023, responsible for preparing events for sale. He continues to contribute to operational efficiency and the development of new teams with his extensive corporate experience.
