21 years at Ticketmaster
Kemal joined the team in September 2000. After his duties as Financial Affairs Manager, Finance Group Manager and Deputy Managing Director , he took the lead as the Managing Director of the company in 2012. Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Ticketmaster Turkey. He has a Masters degree in Economics and has been involved in the E-Commerce sector in Turkey since its inception.
At the same time, he takes part in the Board of Directors of the Turkish Entertainment Industry Association, and is a member of the E-Commerce Council of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey.
Deputy General Manager

Ismail has been with Ticketmaster since 2002 working in several positions in technology and data governance during which he led many innovative and early adopted projects that led to 12 Golden Web awards.
Prior to Ticketmaster he managed the largest landscaping nursery, mostly served A/A+ customers, and set up his own company importing goods from Europe, giving him extensive experience in many different business areas.
In 2017 he became the Deputy General manager and additionally took charge of sales and box-office departments. Originating from his works in the Ticketmaster Leadership Development Programme leading to his current position, he launched the Seyretix.com streaming project, increasing tickets sales by expanding the fan base to a wider audience which gained traction and became the preferred streaming platform among clients turning it in to a multi-million TL brand in marketing value.
Ismail is a member of T.O.B.B, E-Commerce Council of The Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and TESDER, Live Music and Entertainment Association.
Zeynep Uyanır Alan

Zeynep started her career at Ticketmaster Turkey as Financial Analysis and Reporting Coordinator in 2011, and has been working as Financial Affairs Manager and Finance Director since 2013. Especially during her first years at the company, she took an active role in the restructuring of the accounting department and systems, the arrangement of internal control processes, and the renewal of reporting systems.
She currently manages the Accounting & Finance, Human Resources and Administrative Affairs departments. She works for the compatibility of the Company’s Financial Affairs and Human Resources processes with Ticketmaster’s global applications, and also supports the relevant departments for the company’s legal processes.
Sales Channels Manager
20 years at Ticketmaster
Semiray joined the team as a manager, since incorporation of the company and especially in the first years, in creation of the “Biletix” trademark, establishment of the departments and realization of the projects including making contracts, creating sales and distribution channels, establishing technical infrastructure, personnel recruitments, advertisement and public relations activities.
She actively manages the operations of the company’s Retail Sales, Call Center, Customer Services and Dispatch Departments. She has been also managing Public Relations activities to increase the recognition of the company among both corporate clients/event promoters and consumers and promote the services again since incorporation of the company.
Software Development Manager

Yüksel started his career as Software Development Coordinator in 2013 and continues as Software Development Manager since 2014. He works in actively software that Ticketmaster Turkey reaches customers and in-house applications to develop and transforming them into new technologies.
He ensures that change requests from our customers, partners or within the company are analyzed with the relevant departments and developed, reported, and integrated in accordance with Ticketmaster standards.
