We have a collaboration with Ticketmaster Turkey that has been going on for more than 20 years and is based on mutual trust.
As a result of our cooperation with them, we achieved great results in the number of ticket sales in the biggest sports events organized in Turkey, such as the 2010 FIBA WORLD BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP and the 2017 EUROPEAN BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP.
After 2018, the e-ticket and e-invite feature developed by Ticketmaster Turkey for Basketball matches exclusively in line with our request, became a very important milestone both for the events we organize and for the clubs that play in the Basketball Super League and cooperate with Ticketmaster Turkey. As a result of this development, we received very good feedback on the customer experience. Especially in events such as All-Star and Turkish Cup we have organized in recent years, we are progressing together in cooperation with Biletix by increasing the number of tickets and turnover each year.
In the coming years, we want to develop our cooperation with Ticketmaster Turkey in a way that will bring the customer experience to an even better level.
As Turkey’s most comprehensive food and beverage training center, we started working with Ticketmaster Turkey in 2011 as a result of our search for a partner to accompany our growth targets and rapid steps at the same pace as us.
We have been happily continuing a cooperation for 10 years, where the sales operation and customer experience of our kitchen workshops are managed in line with MSA’s professional approach, where we have expanded the training category on the platform together, and where we can analyze the experiences of our guests.
We are excited to adapt to changing consumption habits and developing technologies and to break new ground together in the coming periods.
