In October 2023, Karaoğlan Taşçı returned to Biletix as Managing Director and he has over 20 years of experience in the ticketing industry, with 16 of those years spent at Biletix.
Karaoglan has detailed knowledge of the live entertainment industry in Turkey and has worked on some of the major events to take place here including the Basketball World Cup, FIFA U-20 World Cup, Champions League Final and many more. Karaoğlan graduated from Economics at Bilkent University.

Zeynep started her role at Ticketmaster Turkey as the Financial Analysis and Reporting Coordinator in 2011. From 2013 onwards, she continued her role as the Finance Manager and Finance Director. She actively participated in the restructuring of the accounting department and systems, organizing internal control processes, and renewing reporting systems. Currently, in addition to her role as Deputy General Manager, she manages the Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, and Administrative Affairs departments.

Marketing & Sales Channels Manager
Semiray joined the team during the company’s establishment process, and especially in the early years, played an active role as a manager in the creation of the ‘Biletix’ brand and the implementation of projects.
She currently manages the company’s Marketing, Fan Support, Contact Center and Retail Outlets, working in line with global policies to increase the company’s visibility among both consumers and organizers, promote its services, and focus on customer satisfaction.
Engin Iyigor
Finance Manager
Engin began his career in 2011 as a Finance Specialist in the Finance and Accounting Department. During his early years, he actively participated in restructuring the accounting department and systems, managing internal control processes, and auditing reporting systems.
As of 2024, he continues to work as Finance Director.

Sales Manager
Caner, who joined the team in August 2023, is working to establish strong and lasting collaborations with event organizers and ensure the smooth and successful execution of all ticket sales and distribution operations.
Collaborating with other departments in line with the organizers’ requirements and goals, Caner also contributes to the enhancement and development of the services provided by the company, drawing on his experience in e-commerce.
